My Dark Knight Rises movie experience. I had ticket for a 3:50am showing (NYC), and I went to wait in line at 10pm. Longest Wait of my life and lucky I was in a spot that was a shoe in for great seats. Spent my time in line listening to podcast and talking with ppl around me. By the time they sat us in the theater, I had a mixture of impatience and a bit of fatigue setting in. Amazing enough the movie started immediately, NO PREVIEWS, and that was enough to jump start me. Overall, the start up is a bit slow but then action kicks in and you are on the edge of your seat. This movie is so well done, it combines the perfect amount of story and thrilling action. I would definitely spring for IMAX, if you want the full experience. Watching this movie, I realized Nolan truly is a GOD. His movies will be the “it” trilogy of our generation. He took such care in putting the movie together and it is absolutely amazing. Odds are I will see it again. Rush out and get tickets to watch this movie because it is great!!!!!
